Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) is one of the major railway operators in Hong Kong. KCRC provides both domestic mass transport services as well as through-train services between Hong Kong and some major cities of the Mainland China. In the past, Roctec has successfully helped KCRC to install the Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS) for its several railway extension projects, including the West Rail and the East Rail extension projects. Altogether, several hundreds of plasma and LED display panels have been installed at KCRC's railway stations. These displays deliver essential travel and train information to passengers.

Roctec has also developed the Asia's first Trainborne Wireless Digital Boardcasting System for KCRC's domestic trains. This trainborne digital boardcasting system utilized advanced wireless technology for video content download through specially-designed signal transmitting equipment installed at various stations. Through i-Display, passengers can enjoy full-motion picture commercials as well as the latest video news feed, realising the true "in-train" infortainment experience.
