Immigration Department is responsible for a territory-wide Hong Kong Smart ID card replacement programme. In order to handle the replacement exercise orderly, several card replacement centres have been established. As part of these centers' core facilities, i-Display was used to drive a dual-purpose system, called "Automatic Tag Information Display System". This system nicely integrated with the department's in-house system for ordered queue number display. Alongside the queue display function, the system was also used to provide instructions to participants.
